ports stop working randomly every other month, just unplug and plug the main power, seems to fix it for now.

Works well to charge 5 or 6 devices all at the same time, even with 3 tablets 2 phones and a smart watch hooked up the unit didnt feel hot to the touch.

Initial unit lasted about a day, then didnt respond. No lights, no power. Arranged RMA and UPS pickup through Amazon. No problem at all. Was refunded the charge and then ordered 2 x 5-port versions. Return could not have been more simple.

Ive taken this charger to multiple countries and it works flawlessly everywhere. Its never killed a device and has never failed to properly charge a device. Hard to ask for more than that, but even if I did need more, Im confident the Anker would deliver.

Ive had this charger for over 3 years now, and it still works great! I am able to charge any and every device in my home or that my friends bring over. The charger detects the protocol of the device and supplies maximum power while also protecting thr devices from overheating.

I bought this charger for a long international trip I was taking so I could charger my camera, phone, go pro, tablet, kindle, and back up battery pack all at once. It worked really well for a few months with both 120VAC and 220VAC outlets. Then one day the 4th port stopped charging. When I got back from my trip I contacted customer support and they asked me to try and reset it (unplug all ports and the power cable and wait 5 minutes). Unfortunately port four still didnt work. They sent me a new one for free. Great friendly service and good product.

This is a great device. Awesome for traveling or just on your kitchen counter.

Well designed, rugged, worked 4.0 out of the box...Functions as advertised...Too often these accessories are crap, this is a rare exception...HIghly recommend.
