He explained that you have to bend them a little to fit the lower peg into the slot. This ensures a snug fit and that they dont fall out. I tried what he suggested and sure enough they fit. I will be purchasing more.

To use the Flex-Lock feature just push the peg hook in and up and you will feel the cam lock action as the peg hook easily locks into place. |
The Peg Hook will remain in place until you decide to move it. To move the peg hook,...just pull out and up at the same time and the peg hook will release from the pegboard. |
