> 24 hourBatting can be expensive in brick-and-mortar stores so I usually get it online. This batting is great. Its thin (easy to quilt) not puffy, and provides plenty of warmth

> 24 hourWarm and White is the only quilt batting I use. If youre going to the trouble of making a quilt, use the best batting available. Thin and easy to work with, but also quite warm.

> 24 hourOrdering this batting from Amazon was significantly cheaper than even Joanns with a 50% off coupon. Warm & White is my go-to batting. Its uniform, and doesnt tear apart and get thin spots like many brands of cotton batting do. It holds up to the wear and tear of tugging it around when quilting on a domestic sewing machine. It also wears like iron and washes and dries beautifully. I also love that they are a local company to me.

> 24 hourI only use cotton when I quilt and I love this product. It does not stretch when you tug on it and it does not matt up like the polyester blends.

> 24 hourI have used other cotton batting before , even from the Warm Company, and have had no problems until now. This batting was the LINT MONSTER Im not talking about a little shedding, but constant shedding. It was like having to groom a pet on a daily bases. Thank Goodness for lint brushes. Before I had finished quilting I had filled a grocery bag. When I first opened the bag of batting I thought how soft and puffy. Boy was I in for a rude awakening. The backing of my quilt was navy and by the time I had quilted the first section (length) of the quilt the back became white.I became concerned about catching this lint in my stitches, so I brushed it between changing sections to quilt.I thought to myself maybe this is just an isolated incident, so I asked a question about it and I believe this is not an isolated problem. So if you do choose this batting have lint brush in hand.

> 24 hourI really like to hand quilt my projects and this batting is perfect. It allows me to quilt a warm cotton quilt with out the bulky synthetic batting I used to you. Ive been quilting with this bad ding for years and Im so glad I tried...based an a friend recommendation. I dont see myself changing to any other batting, synthetic or otherwise.
