I bought it originally for cramps but have used it for anxiety, back pain, and even when I’m constipated lol I know TMI but I’m serious….it relaxes your muscles, reduces pain and helps you go (I’ve used it twice for this and it’s worked both times). I lay flat on my back massage my belly for constipation than lay the warmie (after 90 secs in mic)on my left lower abdomen and just read a book or whatever and I’m able to relieve my pain of constipation and relax my muscles enough to go. This has been a life saver!!! I bought one for both of my sisters now too. They have anxiety and bad cramps and one of them gets cold a lot and they are happy to have them. Plus they’re soft and cute and the smell of lavender is so relaxing…. ❤️

bought this as a gift for my 2 month old grand daughter for Christmas. the smell is soothing and when you warm it in the microwave she cuddles it and my DIL is able to get personal things achieved without having to hold her all the time.

whats not to love

Cons: - I had asked the question about the Velcro and was told there was none; this is completely false. There are two large pieces of Velcro on the elephants underside that keep it sitting as pictured, and an even larger piece that holds closed the pouch (which holds the removable heat pack). - The elephant is quite a bit smaller than pictured. - The description says filled with millet, but it is flax. When the flax seed and dried lavender filled heat pack is microwaved and placed back in the elephants pouch it does not smell good at all (like others have mentioned). - The trunk and tusks are sewn on crooked. Pro: -It is soft. As-is I was disappointed with this purchase, especially considering the price. However, the Velcro was easy to remove, and replacing the heat pack with one I made myself was simple. My customized elephant is now Velcro-free and smells faintly of sweet lemon. And the flax seed heat pack does provide a wet heat which is soothing if youre sick or sore.

If your kid gets cranky at bedtime (or anytime) this is a great way to help her sooth herself. Cute, soft, and scented with lavender. 1 minute in the microwave (the inner pouch comes out) and hugging the warm scented (cute!) animal helps with anger management or tantrum avoidance in younger ones. Heck, I would guess its probably warm and soothing for adults too! I wouldnt be sad if I got one.
