Basically the exact same thing that came in your cpap originally. If you were happy with it when you first got your cpap, you will be happy with this replacement. Sometimes when the tank gets so much scale built up on it its just better to replace it then to try and chisel it out.

Unsanitary to have an accessory to a medical device come in a mailer without any bag or protection against germs. Not sure where it came from, where it was made or what its made out of. Sketchy. Could have been pre-used for all I know.

Solid. Would buy again. high quality. Swapped it as soon as I got it. Been using for 3 months now. No issues.
