I loved the lights but 2nd year they quit working after 2 days

I purchased a set of this lights about 4-5 years ago for our tree and have used them yearly ever since. This year we used that strand outdoors and bought the exact same strand from the same seller. But this new set is way too yellow. It doesn’t look like warm white, it looks like faint yellow colored lights. Very unattractive.

Nice lights but they stopped working after a few weeks. I verified the outlet didn’t need reset and the spotlights going into the same extension cord are working. Disconnected the adapter and plugged back in without any luck. Tried plugging them directly into an outlet and that didn’t work either.

Very pretty lights and functions. They really can make a beautiful display. The biggest drawback is that they do NOT remember their previous function. These are advertised as outdoor lights and I cannot imagine most people want to go around resetting functions every night. This is currently my case and shame on me for not testing that aspect before putting all the lights up. I have 5 strands of these lights and all of them have to be reset daily. For the price point they should maintain their previous function.

I ordered several boxes and some of them were not the same shade of color. The color (on the majority) is more of a butter/yellow than warm white. It looks fine, just not warm white. Also, we have not been able to get them to maintain the last setting even with the use of a timer......I would not re-order again!

Not happy! These lights seem to only “run” and won’t just stay “on”. I don’t want them twinkling and running at different speeds. We’ve tried every way to figure how to keep them from changing continuously but they won’t and now it’s too late to return them!!! UPDATED 5/18/23: I have to say that the customer service is great! If you have an issue, please reach out to the company because once they saw my review (note i didnt reach out to them like i should have before reviewing), they took action and found a solution by sending me a new controller that was already set for the feature where the lights are constantly stable and not running. It works great now and we are TRULY APPRECIATIVE for their response and for making it right! Will order from them again!

Beautiful lights, but they do not remember what they were set on the previous night. If you don’t mind going out every night to set the pattern, they are great. I don’t want to go out every night. I regret buying them.

We bought these for lights on our deck. The cord is so malleable and, although the lights are not bright(which we like) they provide great atmosphere!
