> 24 hourUpdated: Amazon replaced 2 of the ones that broke and then those also broke. Both light strands died. So now it’s 5/6 strands broke. I ordered 2 and one was broken - I didn’t plug it in to test it so I chalked it up to just getting a dud, I returned it and bought some more to finish my fence line. I plugged in and tested the two lights that arrive, I hung them on my fence with zip lines and when I was done I plugged them in but now every other light was dead! I’m going to have to go cut my zip ties and send these back and get a whole different brand of light because these are TERRIBLE and I wouldn’t use them if they were free

> 24 hourThe lights are beautiful. They are small in size but, lights up the tree brilliantly.

> 24 hourThese lights are attractive and energy efficient, but the seller doesnt warn that the control unit is not watertight. There is a note on the plug that it must be protected, but not the control itself. The lights worked less than one winter season. For this price I expect better quality.

> 24 hourProduct works GREAT with one strand. However a second strand barely lit when plugged into the end. That being said the single strand setup works perfect and the lights are bright and warm.

> 24 hourI was hoping these lights would fill our tree and home with the lights of the holidays. I was NOT disappointed! Great light set. We really enjoy the twinkling features. They are so pretty to watch that we never used the still mode. It took us a while to settle on the exact twinkle setting we wanted but all of our guests this year commented favorably about the flashing mode. I ordered two sets this year but I will be ordering more strings very soon. Another string for the tree and more for use outdoors.

> 24 hourBought a string previously, used the buy again feature because I wanted to connect them. They were much yellower in color. Not very good QA apparently.

> 24 hourI waited a long time to review these. After countless wasted time on badly constructed outdoor lights, I decided to buy these. They are really well made and stand up to the elements. I have them on pergola I constructed that has vines growing on it. They are illuminated every night and they work beautifully. The pergola transforms to a Christmas decoration in the winter so I will not have to change lighting, which is a massive time saver. Well worth the money in my opinion — that means a lot coming from someone who always is looking for a bargain!

> 24 hourI like the lights themselves. The twinkle patterns are fine but I dont know why youd use any of them. The strands are listed as dark green, and they are very very dark, almost black. This makes them stand out on the tree in the day time. Im not sure if Ill stick with this brand, or find something else for next year.

> 24 hourUpdate 3: The seller contacted me regarding my issues with the severed wires and, despite this issue not necessarily being the fault of the seller or due to a faulty product, they have replaced the strand of lights with a new one. The replacement even came with a nice storage bag. As mentioned earlier, I do like these lights quite a bit and am hopeful that whatever caused the wires to break (wind or an animal), it was an isolated incident and that I wont have any issues next year. You can be confident that this seller stands behind their products. Update 2: Upon inspecting the broken strand of lights, I found that two of the wires were severed. I dont know if this was from a squirrel, or if the wind cause it to rub on something, but the two of the three wires were completely severed. The good news is that the lights didnt just die, but the bad news is that the paper thin plastic sheathing and wires didnt last very long. I spliced the two wires together, and now all but about 3 feet worth of lights are working again. Ill give it 2 stars...while the lights worked fine, they really didnt hold up very well. Update: I had two strands connected in series running around the perimeter of my roof. After one month, the first strand has died. The lights are so dim that you cant even see that they are on. The second strand is still fine, so I know the power is flowing through the first, but the lights arent working any more. Very disappointed. Dropping rating to 1 star. I bought two strands of these for our roof, and theyre working as advertised! Ive connected the two strands, and Ive only noticed one bulb not working, but all others are bright and look great. I gave these a 5 star rating, but my one complaint is that the program settings are a not obvious. You can cycle through the different programs (solid, slow blink, fast blink, twinkle, fade, etc.) by pushing a button, which is easy enough, but I didnt see anything that actually told me what the settings are. It would be nice to include a flyer that tells you what the settings are, or even some sort of indicator on the controller that tells you whether youre on setting 1, 2, 3...etc. But besides that, theyre working great.
