I purchased a great piece of luggage in bright yellow. After 1 trip to the airport it was badly stained. I wish I had seen this sooner. It fits perfectly. Easy to take off and on. I cant really say if its durable or not because I havent used it in air travel again, but using it for local travel it works great and hides those embarrassing stains.

It looks like I’d need to purchase a cover for this cover, what you see in the picture happened after a overseas and a domestic flight. Disappointing.

I have made six plane trips and one bus trip so far with this suitcase cover, and Im very happy to report that it has worked well. Without it, my suitcase would have been soiled and possibly scratched or damaged (especially on the bus trip). The cover actually sustained a couple of minor abrasions on that trip, but it will still hold up for a few more trips. And since its easy to wash, getting it dirty is not a big concern. My only gripe is that it closes on the bottom, which makes it somewhat difficult to put on and remove (at least, in comparison to similar products that have a long zipper on the exact same position as the suitcase itself). And at this price, which is similar or lower than that of one-time plastic wrapping, I have saved nearly $100 on my last few trips, with much less impact on the environment.

The product fits very pretty on the luggage. However, even though I nailed the width, the ends are too long and drip down to the ground. As a result, It got dragged on concrete and tore.
