Super sturdy

These are really nice to have. I like to pour my extra candle wax in them. However be warned that if your wax is too hot it will melt the plastic.

I make soy/beeswax blend scented wax melts. I make 16oz of wax and add 2oz of fragrance. It fills 6 clamshells to the top. I use 75% soy 415 and 25% white beeswax. I heat the wax to at least 185°f and add fragrance at 175°f. I pour the wax at about 140°f. I havent had any issues with the clamshells warping or melting. My recipe separates from the clamshell as it sits and cures, which makes for easy use of the melts.
