The design is luxurious.

It’s good. I haven’t had any problems with it whatsoever. However I do recommend digitally disconnecting it from the ps4 if your power goes out in storms! It can mess up if you don’t disconnect the usb properly.

I purchased this drive 32 days ago for my Xbox One and it decided to have a fatal error. Of course it won’t show that on the Xbox and you have to jump through some fun hoops to figure out why all your data isn’t showing up and is gone for good namely connecting to a PC. Unfortunately this wasn’t in the return window for Amazon so I had to go directly to Western Digital for replacement who then charged for shipping for the return. Fortunately the rep helping me waived the shipping fee because I was going to be very frustrated with having a hard drive fail, losing all my data, and then having to pay to get it fixed such a short time after purchase. As for the drive working before failure-it did fine and as expected. Unfortunately that didn’t last.

I liked that the ps4 found it quickly. It was easy to setup. Ive moved several games to it. The only problem i had was, had some bad weather and electricity went off for a few seconds and when turned my ps4 on, ( u know says it was turned off improperly, etc...) the device says it needed repairing and might loose data on it. So i hit repair and it repair after a little while with no problems. This has happened to me twice so far, and its repaired itself with no problems so far. It does as described and what i need it to do.

My oldest son got this, he says it’s a must have.

A must have for my 500 gig Ps4

Had this thing for a few months and still in working condition, still have space for a few more games in my console. I order this again for my boyfriend and he loves it! Would recommend to everyone.
