WD Western Digital 2TB 2.5 128MB SATA III Hard Drive for Laptops, PS4 (WD20SPZX)

Good product. It works faster than the original one terabyte HD. The kids say its 10 times faster than what they had before and loading games. What took one day to download. Was completed within an hour.

So far, so good on these 2TB drives. I bought two because my two 1TB HDDs were getting close to capacity. The older 1TBs were 7200RPM and these are only 5400RPM but there hasnt been a very noticeable drop in performance. The 1TBs (which I still use) are Hitachi TravelStars made in Hitachis Global Storage Technology facilities, which Hitachi acquired from IBM and they are first class facilities. WD has since acquired Hitachi and has folded all Hitachis products under the WD label. If WD keeps to the same quality that Hitachi did, these should be fine drives that last quite a while. If not I will be editing this review. Note there are 4TB and 5TB HDDs in the 2.5 inch size but these are 15mm high and WILL NOT fit in any modern laptop, so 2TB is the highest capacity you can get for a laptops internal dvive bays.

No surprises, I got the product I wanted, when I wanted it, and at a good price. Installed it to my device and it is working as expected.

Works just as described. Took several days to get it cloned from the original site to my being so rusty about computers but it finally took. Very happy to have my computer working again. It is very quiet and fast with lots of room.

Using as a NAS drive in my laptop and works well for serving music and video.

Apon receiving my HDD I thought nothing of the extra papers in the box. The people that sold me the HDD had included a small step-by-step how to for me. I being an ex-computer tech thought it a nice touch just in case someone didnt know how to transfer a HDD. Thanks again for all your helpfulness.
