> 3 dayDue to the small size of space on the ps5 I’d recommend this to everyone it’s super easy to install and I’ve never noticed any difference between loading speeds between the internal hard drive and this one, maybe just bite the bullet and get the bigger one but other than that very happy with this

> 3 dayI had to return the first NVMe 4TB drive as it was not reconigzed by my PS5 nor could it be initialized by by laptop when installed in an external enclosure that I purchased to troubleshoot it. It was easy to return via Amazon and the replacement was delivered in under five days. I checked the replacement one in the external enclosure first, by formatting it and copying data to it. I then installed it into the PS5 with the add-on heatsink and it worked as described. I moved all the PS4 and PS5 games that were initially installed to the console and external USB storage to the newly installed NVMe 4TB storage and all is running flawlessly at the moment. I also downloaded a ton of games after joining PSN with no end in sight.

> 3 dayMy WD SN850 was OK, for three months, then it failed. When I tried to file a warranty claim, the page crashed when I tried to enter the SN. Turns out my SSDs serial number was not in the WD database (seriously?).. I had to upload a copy my proof of purchase - my receipt, and a picture of the dead SSD showing the serial number. Along with a description of the failure (it causes Windows 11 to crash when I try to write large amounts of data). So now that WD tech support has everything they need to process my warranty, did they do that? No they respond We have entered your serial number into the database they said to please file a warranty claim and provide proof of purchase, only the link they referenced doesnt work and still doesnt work (see picture). The warranty process seems to be designed to make you give up out of frustration. I feel like I have been ripped off for $100 and will never buy a WD product again..

> 3 dayInstall took about 7 minutes. Tripled my storage space, so now download size is an afterthought.
