Weiman Hardwood Floor Cleaner and Polish Restorer Combo - 2 Pack - High-Traffic Hardwood Floor, Natural Shine, Removes Scratches, Leaves Protective Layer

The first thing I want to say is that if you have pets with nails and you have hardwood floors, your floors are going to get destroyed. Im sorry, I know thats not what you wanted to hear but this is not going to magically prevent that from happening. I dont know who or why people think wood is a good material for flooring but unfortunately thats what many of us have. Now thats out of the way, I have found Weiman to make really good cleaner for stainless steel so I thought Id try their floor cleaner and compared to Mop & Glow which I wasnt unhappy with, its a mile apart in terms of how well it cleans and how good it looks after the protector goes on. Its more expensive than Mop & Glow and many other products that Ive tried and it doesnt cover that much square footage but I think that it cleans better and the smell is not overpowering and it doesnt linger that long. Once the protector goes on, the floors get glossed up and minor, I said MINOR, superficial scratches will not be as noticeable. Then again, it does sort of apply a new wear layer which can appear to look scratched more noticeably. One thing thats proving to be extremely helpful is that the protector does make the floor a bit squeaky and grippy and because on of my dogs who is 16 years old slips and falls down on the floor when his legs give out, having some extra grip is absolutely priceless. I like it a lot and will continue to use it until my 5 pets completely destroy the hardwood floors and I end up replacing it with something more suitable for pets.

If you have hardwoods get this cleaner and polish its fantastic. I have thrown away all my old floor cleaners, this stuff blows them away. Great!!!

Thought this product was going to be a flop like the rest of them but it did his job, the floor is super shiny. Highly recommend this product.

The cleaner works well and smells pretty good. The wax is excellent. Did an amazing job of reviving my old wooden floors. It took two coats in the most high traffic areas of my home, one coat where the floors were only slightly dull. Highly recommend.

I purchased this product to make make my hardwood floors look better in anticipation of selling my condo. It works best on polyurethane floors. It interacts with the polyurethane to make it very shiny & glossy looking. It did not work on small areas of the floor where the handyman did some repair work. He used a stain with polyurethane but these areas, and they are small areas, look dull. These areas are not obvious unless you look for them. This product did not hide scratches. Because it leaves such a glossy finish, it actually shows up scratches but this, after awhile, is not that obvious. Very easy to use. I put it on by hand. I used 2 coats. It dries very fast.

I’ve recently moved into a house with hardwood floors. I’ve also recently adopted a new pup but her barracuda claws have been scratching the floors up as she bolts around the corner. I’ve tried other products like Rejuvenate wood floor restorer but the scratches didnt fill in as promised. (The pictures don’t do the damage justice as the camera wasn’t picking them up that well with the lighting) Nor does the shine of Rejuvenate compare to this product. One coat of this stuff and the scratches are mostly gone. A second application will likely take care of the few faint ones that remain. I’m so happy this actually worked I was really bummed that my floors were getting torn up. I’m also getting my new dog used to grippy socks for dogs to help prevent more damage going forward. I also scuffed up my floors in the living room when getting my furniture moved in. The Rejuvenate product helped but many scuffs and scratches still remain and can be seen in certain lights. I can’t wait to use this product in there and get those erased too. Plus the shine it leaves behind is gorgeous. These floors are ~70 years old and have taken a beating but are looking almost brand new with this product. I don’t think I will be using any other sealer on my floors with results like these.

i did one two coats and followed the wait time in between coats and will recommend doing two coats for a shinier gloss. one half is with two coats the other half is none put in yet. very pleased with the product

Ive always used a polish on my floors that was oily and looked great for a day or so, but this is something completely different! The cleaner did a great job on my 20 year old hardwood floors, but the polish is a game changer. I applied with a dry microfiber mop and found that it was really a coating on top; more like a polyurethane. I noticed that the floors became sticky where applied if I didnt have enough polish on them. I quickly learned, added more and worked smaller areas at a time. Its not a polish you rub in or buff, rather a beautiful shiny top layer. I ended up stepping in the undried polish a few times. I added more polish and just went over footprints. My room is closed off so I had to polish myself into a corner so to speak. I ended up dampening my mop a bit at the end since I noticed that the polishs 1st ingredient is water. It worked absolutely fine and helped me get the final corner done. While polishing wasnt the most simple, it was SO WORTH IT. My floor shined again like it hadnt in years. My husband came home and couldnt stop talking about it. Our dogs scratches were all but gone. Im going to do another coat for more protection, this time being fully aware of what Im working with and having a better plan so I dont step in it. Weiman completely nailed this system! Im beyond excited!
