> 3 dayvery disappointed with this product! I was barely able to complete one order. One mug wrap burned right through on the first mug, ruining it! the other two began separating at the seam where the metal meet the silicone. I will not purchase again!

> 3 dayWorks great. I submlimate my mugs in my convection oven for 12 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Steps: A) Preheat dedicated convection oven to 400°. B) Attach MIRRORED image (I forget to mirror more times than Id like to admit) with heat tape C) Attach protective paper layer with tape. (Ive been using Kirkland Parchment Non-Stick Paper from Costco, but I hear non-waxed butcher paper is better. ) D) Attach mug wrap E) Place in convection oven for 12 to 15 minutes. (If oven stays a solid 400° the entire time, then 12 minutes. Mine drops sometimes all the way down to 350, thats when I leave in it in 15 minutes. Its more of an educated guess, but with the use of a dedicated thermometer inside the convection oven has made it pretty easy to be on the more educated side of that guess.) F) Remove mug using heat resistant gloves and pop open the wrap. G) Carefully remove all layers of paper and set in front of can until cool. Thats what has worked for me, hope this helps you too.
