Western Chief Kids Character Umbrella

It’s not the highest quality umbrella, but it is super cute my 3 year-old loves it.

This umbrella is super cute! I bought this for my 4 year old bday. It lasted 3 weeks. The internal structure is made of plastic. A 4 year old can break this if playing rough, like 4 year olds do. But i will order a new one because of the cuteness and price! And i think shell be more careful this time!

I bought this for my granddaughter for Easter. It looks adorable. Durability reminds unknown, she hasnt used it yet.

My daughter loves this umbrella. My favorite aspect is that it doesnt have a mean ole pinchy clasp that needs to be pushed in to close it- just pull and it opens and closes smoothly. The color is a little bit darker than the picture but it is still close enough. It has more of a circular/bulbous shape than her last umbrella which I love, and the hook at the end is an added plus. This is a licensed Disney product and the quality seems very nice.

I bought this umbrella (the frog version) two years ago, and it has stood up pretty well. My preschooler was not especially gentle with it - it was slammed on the ground like a walking stick and used frequently. It did eventually break, but 2 years is a pretty good track record for a kids umbrella with plastic parts. I just bought a new one. The decorative paint / decals were not especially resilient and they got scratches pretty easily.

Its cute but it broke after about 2 months. Nothing major happened to it. It was raining and she dropped it.

Its a good size, not too big or small. Its easy to open and close for my daughter. Print is done well, not faded and colors are vibrant.

I was impressed with the quality of this umbrella. Very durable and didnt look at all cheap. My 3 year old niece was super excited to start pre-school with it!

Updated - 12/8/15 Today the umbrella broke. My son had it at school in his cubby which he said it fit all the way in. When he got out of school to use it the main pole was bent. I went to straighten it and it snapped. Made for children it isnt very sturdy. I would not buy this again. Instead I went and bought a generic looking very sturdy smaller more compact umbrella for a cheaper price. Very disappointed in this item. My son wanted a new umbrella and i saw this one for him. It arrived without the tip on it. I dont have the box anymore and to return it I will probably have to pay for the return back. Disappointed for the price I paid that this was missing parts.It is a cute umbrella and he has used it many times since the purchase.

I really like the umbrella. Its cute and colorful. I was disappointed that when it arrived, the handle was slightly bent. The Amazon customer service was very helpful in authorizing a return and refund. The umbrella was no longer in stock. I also ordered the matching rain coat and rain boots. The rain coat has a nice lining that would keep you warm on a chilly rainy day.
