So let me start by saying I installed this into a MeLE Quieter2Q. Its NVME slot is Gen 3x2, the memory stick I purchased is Gen3x4. Now, the WD Blues 2TB speed is supposed to be around 3.5k gb/s i believe. So my machine at Gen 3x2 should be half as fast... right? im getting speeds when copying files around my computer that are around 60 MB/s. When I did a read/ write test on the drive, it maxxed out at about 870 MB/s read speeds and 655 MB/s write speeds.

This did exactly the trick. I replaced my laptops hard drive with this and the performance is night and day! 5 stars! Highly recommended

So far so good and feels like more reliable than WD Green NVMe. In the system, however, it is recognised as Korean SSD brand, rather than WD name.

It was super easy to install, however I really got disappointed that it only has 460gb. I am not an expert on the matter, however I expected to have bought 500gb so i was quite disappointed.

What can you say about an NvME drive. It is fast. Quibbling about which is fastest usually doesnt matter in practice. This is a good value, on a reliable, commodity product. I use number of Western digital products, one thing that matters is their software support, and the downloadable tools for monitoring. The Acronis software makes cloning and backup easy. My highest praise is that I dont have to even think about it at this point. It works and its dependable.
