Not sure why, but the two I got flicker, or pulse. I am pretty sure they are NOT supposed to be doing that. Sort of obnoxious and may cause a seizure if you look at it too long. They are bright though.

All of these negative reviews due that people dont understand that these LED bulbs CANNOT be used with motion detectors, dusk/dawn sensors or dimmers. Some timers are ok. Straight on/off are fine. Westinghouse is taking a hit due to lack of important info about this. If you Goggle it can be explained.

Need these for outside so I ordered this and a competitor and the other ones were definitely brighter. I will need these for a backyard Halloween party do Ill take any extra lumens I can get. Bother were 15W / 100W Par 38. Might last longer than the other one I bought but Im returning this one.
