> 3 dayI used a cheap pump from Walmart and I used the method with a command strip and ribbon to put them together. This was my second time decorating my own party. Very cheaper route and allowed me to be more creative!! The only thing I didn’t expect was to not get a garland strip to connect the balloons but that’s okay, I made due with what was sent!
