The performance was reliable and consistent. I have since purchased additional smartplugs to automate all Christmas lights and am quite impressed how much time I save each day during the season not having to turn lights on and off. After 3 years of holiday use, the plugs are holding up well. These do require WIFI access, so make sure your home WIFI is secure.
