I tried this with my TV and it didn’t work. I think it’s a good product in general.

The only thing I could see was an almost black screen with barley visible white squares

I have old school wii box and this was a savor to reduce cluter of wires and also makes the visual better quality

Used this product to connect an old wii to a new HD TV. Worked well.

Used on projector. Easy to hook up

The component cables with the Wii did not work with my Smart TV. This adapter quickly and easily did the trick with HDMI conversion

Make sure you look for other options to connect your older electronic equipment to newer televisions. I did not do this and ended up purchasing this product which I am not that thrilled with. This product will only work with your Wii if you are playing games on a disk. If you try to play games you downloaded the adaptor cannot display them and causes the Wii to need to be restarted.

I got it plugged up and tried to play a game but there wasn’t any sound coming out of the tv.

I feel like the picture quality is adequate but perhaps going to a larger screen is partially to blame. Wish the cable was longer
