This is the best suitcase I have had so far. It is more stable on its wheels than other spinners that I have had, and it is much more sturdy. The zippers are incredibly tough and I am very happy with this item!

Have used this one ... holds a lot of my clothes etc... love the wheels and love that it is easy to use....

This suitcase is huge. The wife and I could easily pack both of our clothes in one bag for a short trip.

Have been using it my frequent international travels, light weight, comfortable, good luggage space.

Something is wrong with the tie bar of my luggage and I havent used it for even a year. And I cant find any access to contact the seller to know how to repair it.

I got the grey and it looks pretty slick. The plastic is pretty thin so not sure how strong it really is. The wheels dont roll as well as a Tuni. But Tumi is like 5x the price of this one. All in all for a hundred bucks it does its purpose

We had this for 3 years but it already broke. Samsonite claims they have a 10 year warranty but you have to pay to actually use the warranty. I live in Dallas, Texas and there is no store to take it to within an hour of my house and even when I get it to the store it has to be sent to Samsonite which will cost me about $30.00 for shipping. Since they do not even say how/if they will be able to fix it since it is cracked the way that it is I am supposed to spend money to send the suitcase in to them and hope they will do something? I wanted this suitcase to last a long time and for the amount of money they cost it did not last nearly long enough.

Main issue I had with this is that the plastic shell tends to get easily scratched/scraped. So, if youre all into looks after a few flights, I would suggest looking for a different product.
