Greater than one weekCant control devices individually...thats seriously frustrating and may cause me to return the unit. I might as well have just stayed with my single Wi-Fi outlet and put a dumb cheap power strip on that! Also I keep getting the response from Alexa, Sorry provider is having trouble. Never had this issue with the old single outlet from WiOn

16-11-2024We have two of these to turn on a remote PC at the office. They are great, but security stinks. There is absolutely no way to change the account password. Not only that, there is no way to contact the maker. No email, no snail mail, and no phone number. Dont start with this companys food chain unless you are absolutely certain that you will have no problems with either the hardware or the app.

> 3 dayBought it November 2018 to control the lights on my Christmas tree. Used it December of 2018 and December 2019. It’s now dead. I would recommend getting a different brand.

> 3 dayMine trips its internal circuit breaker all the time and the load is low. Cannot visually tell if the smart switch is on or off. I regret this purchase. I replaced with a normal power strip and the circuit breaker never trips.

> 3 dayiOS App (Woods WiON) gave me setup errors and would not connect to my router. Also, the 4 WiFi controlled sockets are not independently controllable so would have been fairly useless for my needs even if I would have managed to have it connect to my network.

18-11-2024I bought this to control lighting and fan ventilation on a timer for a heavily planted terrarium, and I really wanted to like it. I was getting tired of constantly turning on and off the lights, not to mention frequently forgetting to do it on time (resulting in a wide range of photoperiods from day to day, not good for plant growth). This worked great the first couple days, but then it started turning itself off at random times, anywhere from 3-10 pm (I have it set to shut off at 11 pm every day). Id turn it back on from the app, and the next time I checked (maybe an hour later), it had already turned itself off again. This has been happening every single day since the issue first started. In fact, using this outlet strip is probably more work than when I was turning the lights on and off myself manually. Ive deleted the daily timer program I set up and added it back again thinking that might help, but Im going to return it, its just way too unreliable. Its almost like its using random mode even though Ive set it up to use timer mode. The app also looks (and functions) like it was designed by a high school student... its terrible. TL;DR: zero stars, dont buy it

> 3 dayI was expecting to control the 4 Wifi controlled outlets separately but they are all controlled together. Would be worth the $40 price if it had better features such as being able to control individual outlets and also the ability to set timers that control specific outlets. I would suggest the seller update the listing to indicate that the outlets are not controlled individually since the only place it says that is in the small instruction manual provided, even the box just says 4 Wi-Fi controlled outlets and doesnt say they are controlled together.
