Second Update: Customer support was great and contacted me and are sending me a new outside button within a whole new unit set to replace the bad one. Thats a great support team there. Id like to thank them for their help.

Love the different tones

I like it very much.

I was disappointed with the buttons for the door. The picture makes it look like they have a blue light outlining the button. They dont light up until you press them. I purchased them because I wanted them lit up so anyone coming to the door at night could see the actual doorbell. The photo was misleading.

I don’t have a hard wired doorbell so this was a pleasant surprise. So far it’s great
