The flashing light works well for hearing impaired along with a good volume.

I was disappointed with the buttons for the door. The picture makes it look like they have a blue light outlining the button. They dont light up until you press them. I purchased them because I wanted them lit up so anyone coming to the door at night could see the actual doorbell. The photo was misleading.

This product is amazing! Theres so many choices for songs and theyre all very cheerful and very melodic. And the colors lighting up when the doorbell rings is an added plus. Ive always had trouble hearing people knocking at the door because I live in a large condo and Im in the back end but now this doorbell definitely lets me know someones at the door.
