> 3 dayThese headphones are phenomenal. Especially for the price. They sound better than my old pair of Beats, to be honest. The noise cancelation is great, I use them at the gym to drown out their terrible music and I also use them for running and at work. As far as sound quality goes, theyre nice and loud and offer solid bass and sound rich and clear. I tested them out with various genres, even Jungle/Drum n Bass, and they sounded excellent. The battery life is also really impressive, I received them a couple weeks ago and havent had to recharge them yet and theyre currently at 80%. The charging case is great and the way they auto connect to your phone the second you open it is awesome. And then you just place them back in, close it and they disconnect. Super simple, as is the Bluetooth connectivity. Highly recommended if you want an excellent pair of earbuds that stay in your ear at all times and sound superb! I got my coworker to order a pair and he also loves them.

> 3 dayIve only used them for two days so take that into consideration when reading this review. They are a little difficult to put on but that will get easier as I use them more. The sound is great and battery life, as I use them...to stream movies or videos...its fine. I wish there were a smaller set of ear pieces as the three included are all a little too big. If you are looking to wear them all day, the battery life may not be sufficcient.

(1) Please clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and charging case
(2) Make sure the headphones are placed correctly in the charging case.
2.Can it be use in the shower?
No, You can use it while exercising, but do not use it while swimming or bathing.
3.Low volume
Click the volume + button to increase the volume.
4.Poor noise cancelling?
The earbuds don"t have Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), please select the appropriate eartips
5.Poor sound quality?
Replace the appropriate eartips to ensure airtightness.
6.Only one earbuds can be use?
(1) Put 2 earbuds in the charging case for charge.
(2) Delete the previous bluetooth pairing information on the phone. (3) Take out 2 earbuds and pair it with phone again.
