So these arrived and I noticed no need to swap chips they come with a chip already installed. How easy is that!

Pros: Compatible with HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M479fdw, Cheaper than buying the original toner cartridges, print quality is good, but not great. Chips installed on toner cartridges make your printer able to read the ink levels. Cons: Printer makes a whining sound when actively printing after installing NON-HP toner cartridges. Print quality fades in and out of pages at times, but most noticeably after the first 20 pages printed after installing cartridges.

I had originally purchased ink toner from staples and it was 490 dollars. I returned them and purchased the 414A toner cartridges from ink toner. I saved half the money and they work great. Super happy with my decision.

I opted for these toner cartridges because they were substantially less expensive than the authentic HP ones, and I guess you get what you pay for. I have not had one thing that I have printed since installing these that comes out the correct color. It is super frustrating. I have tried calibrating the printer and printing test sheets and everything I know to do and nothing comes out looking right.

These cartridges are NOT compatible with HP printers with Chip detection. My bad for not doing my homework. Do not buy these before you research your printer. A lot of hassle is involved in working around this issue and not worth the time.

I really like this product. The toners all arrived nicely packaged with a lot of protection. I installed them, then I ran a couple of test pages just to get the toners flowing nicely, and then I was off to the tracks. Had to print 100 copies of a color flyer. The 100th one came out just as crisp and clean as the 1st one. With 2 kids in high school, they print like there is no tomorrow. I will definitely re-buy when the time is right

I purchased a HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M479fdw for working remotely at home in March 2020 at the start of the COVID outbreak. This printer uses the 414A Toner Cartridge 4 Pack, which is very reasonably priced and has several excellent features. Among these include the cartridges are really easy to replace [see attached jpg] and they continue to yield excellent prints well after the printer indicates they should be replaced. As a research scientist, I typically printed manuscripts for peer review or my own papers that were being prepared for publication. That said, for my use the cartridges generated high quality prints for well over 1 year. Thus, I highly recommend them!

I thought I woukd be smart and just purchase refills when i not the printer so I woukd have them on hand. But after storage for a year they are no longer good and do not work. Wait til you get a printer message saying you need ink. WAIzt another 6 weeks and the order replacements.

This was the second toner ordered - the first didnt work but does work for another printer. This toner was excellent, comes with a chip that the printer will read so I didnt have to pop out the old chip and replace on this toner. All I had to do was unpack & pop it in. Printed a brochure and the black and colors came out great. So happy that I bought 2 more boxes because we are in the boonies. Very happy!
