The bulb gives off a bright light in the night light.

It’s so hard to find bulbs that work for older night lights but this does and that makes my son’s nights easy to sleep ones!

I have several night lights and lamps in my house and use these all the time. I was so frustrated that I could only find them in 2 packs in my grocery store. I searched on Amazon and found I could buy them in a multi pack. They last well and a good value for the money.
