Wolf Link Amiibo Jp Model (The Legend of Zelda Series)

This would be more useful in BOTW if Wolf Link had more than three hearts. I have heard that one can upgrade Wolf Link by playing through Twilight Princess HD, but this game is not available on the Switch, so Im stuck with a companion that dies when it attacks anything on its own.

I was super upset that the North American ones are selling at super high prices and that I missed out on getting this Amiibo. However, the Japanese Amiibos work just the same on the American consoles so that was a big plus! Cheaper and functional and authentic.

Got it so I could use it for Zelda BotW and keep the one that came with Twilight Princess in its box.

I don’t know what this does or why the heck anyone would pay that kind of money for it. But boy oh boy were my kids pumped when it arrived in the mail. (Timely and as described!)

This Amiibo is quite a visual work of art. I bought one from Japan and it works fine with my American Wii-U. My only complaint would be how difficult it is to load your hearts from Twilight Princess onto it. First you have to play through Twilight Princess HD, then you have to complete a dungeon scenario called The Cave of Shadows, in which Link has to fight his way through 40 levels filled with various monsters. However many hearts you have left at the end is how many hearts you can load into your Amiibo. Its a lot of trouble to go through, but once you get it done, its a lot of fun having the wolf version of Link assist you in exploring the vast lands in Breath of the Wild.

I bought the Amibo as a present for my daughter and she loves it.

Works perfectly for the Nintendo Switch.
