Womens Embroidered Bell Bottom Jeans Stretch Flared Fit Wide Leg Denim Pants

Going to a 60-70s party and wanted bell bottoms. I am 74, 54, 168 pounds. These hit above the navel, have a very wide bell and cute flowers down the outside. I ordered a 10 and 12 because of reading reviews about them being very stretchy. I typically wear a 12-14. The 12 fit perfect. I think these will work out fine. I havent washed them yet. Will add to review if I find they really stretch out. I am hemming them up about 3 to accommodate my height.

These jeans are wonderful. and so pretty. I did have to put a hem in them as they come unhemmed.

Many reviews say runs large, order size down. So I did. NOPE. The jeans buttoned, but barely, and were uncomfortably tight in the thighs. So I ordered my usual size. NOPE. Zipped up fine, but the thighs were as tight as the smaller size. Ordered one size up. Only slightly better in the thighs, but now a gap in the back so am going to have to wear a belt. Jeans fit low on waist, and the wide bell bottom do make my thighs look big (I remember now that bell bottoms do that) Need for a Summer of Love, 1967 party, so I am OK with the ragged, taken-down-hem look on the bottom of the pants, but if I were buying them for everyday wear, I wouldnt be, they look messy. I like the embroidery up the sides of the leg. Legs are a bit long, but appropriate for hippie wear, I think.

This is my third pair. The fit is perfect and they are so cute (even on my old body)! Stretch is perfect!

Im 59 tall, around 218. I wear a size 18 and bought the 18. I am 59 exactly and they hit the floor even after 2 washes in hot water, which is pretty cool being tall and the type of jeans they are. They had a bad smell so I washed them twice in hot water with detergent and fabric softener. They smell really nice now. They are loose after I wear them for a few minutes so I have to wear a belt. Tip: I just read not to put fabric softener in jeans that are loose. So Im going to rewash them and do my best to come back and post a photo. Mine look like the photo. The embroidery is the prettiest Ive seen on bell bottoms. I just wanted one pair and I chose the right ones for me.
