After taking plastic off, pat of it didnt want to come off. And had cheaper wheels then in photos

Zipper broke two days after I received it. Cute but poorly made.

UPDATE: June 4, 2022 I just got back from vacation at the beach and as soon as i got home i had to cut the zipper to get in my suitcase to get my clothes out so now i have to buy a whole new suitcase. I bought this in May and had to pick it up at my local post office. I’ve had it for a year now and it’s completely broken and the zipper would get stuck and if fell off the bottom zipper part

1. Defective Zip - stooped working in 1 go

Very disappointed with Luggage Pro. Bought this luggage 8 months ago. Used it for the first time last week. Wheel fell off on trip - Denver/Chicago/South Bend. United didnt want to cover it and couldnt find the wheel. Did get a damaged baggage claim filled out when we arrived back @ DIA. Called Luggage Pro today. They do not have any replacement wheels. And thats all I was asking - could I buy a replacement wheel. Very disappointed in this service. Especially for first time use.

DO NOT BUY THIS SUITCASE. The first time I used it blew up while being handled by the badge people on the airline. I can out on the turnstyle with my clothes hanging out of it. The zipper broke. Could not zip again. Cheap

Zipper was very cheaply made for the price I paid..it broke after a few uses!! The size and design were exactly what I was looking for and I thought BeBe brand would be a good purchase that lasted me.
