The zipper came apart on my second trip, had to tape my suitcase shut in the airport.

I have lost one of the wheels of my traveling bag while I was travelling. I do not know where can I got a wheel that can fit in the same place.

I bought this suitcase as a gift for my best friend to use on her retirement vacation after 40 years of working full time wihtout ever taking a vacation. She used it to travel to one destination within the US and the wheel broke off as she was wheeling the bag to check-in. Then when she arrived at her destination the zipper had completely broken rendering the suitcase useless to use. Of course the return window has closed so I am unable to contact the Sellers to tell them about my purchse disappoinment. I would really like for the Sellers to know that thier suitcase is not good quality and that I would like either to be reinbused or have a new suitcase sent to my friend. This should not happen only after a one time use and it makes me look bad like I gave my friend a cheap gift!

I love this suitcase and the print is beautiful. The plastic is not as strong as other hard case suitcases that I have purchased in the past but it is doing well so far. It’s stores a lot of clothes and I love the extra pockets and zippers.

Haven’t used yet, but I’ll give an update later once I’ve flown with it. So far, super impressed. I was worried that the actual product wouldn’t match the photo or I wouldn’t like something about the pattern when I received it, but it’s even prettier than in the picture online! Lightweight, spins easily. Seems high quality and I love the separate compartments inside. Have gotten compliments on it just letting it sit in my living room for a week Haha - too cute to put away just yet ;-) Super happy with this purchase so far.

Great suitcase. However I wish the 29” measurement had excluded the wheel as I wanted that extra inches as room space. Pricey for the space
