First use after getting my suitcase from baggage claim. It was all cracked and broken at the wheels

It was obviously used...I need it for an upcoming trip..its beautiful but scuffed scratched and filthy..Im scared to unzip it

I absolutely love it. It was exactly what the picture showed prior to purchase. Very spacious, very easy to roll, and light to handle

I like the suitcase, but it got scratched on the outside when I took it on a cruise s few wks ago. Also - the white handle is now all dirty from the baggage handlers, and I cant get it clean.

It was Beautiful. Right size too. They reduced the price tremendously the very next day.

This beautiful suitcase did not even last a 3 day trip. I was so sad. The hardcase tore away near one of the wheels and the zipper broke as well. The warranty, of course, did not cover this. By the time I got the warranty personnel to contact me, it was too late to notify the airlines.So, no functioning suitcase for the price I paid.
