Greater than one weekThis bag is used for my daily commute to the office. So far, it has been sturdy, has strong, easy rolling wheels and is spacious inside. I can fit a large planner, full size notebook, files and my laptop with room to spare. It’s exactly what I needed!

> 3 dayArrived today and sending it back for two reasons. First, the zipper that closes the main compartment does not extend to the ends of the bag, so that an inch or two on each side of the main compartment is open to the elements. Imagine it raining or snowing, and your bag doesnt fully close. This is how its designed, its cheap. Second, the handles are so long you can carry the bag on your shoulder, but then when you try and wheel it on the ground the back handle drags on the ground. On closer inspection, every design element seems less-than-ideal. Instead of a sleeve to slide it over the handle of a larger suitcase, it has just a strap. So it doesnt look like it would be stable as youre wheeling it around. The telescoping handle only locks in the fully extended position, too high for me. It has a laptop sleeve, but no snaps or velcro to suspend it inside the back. It just sits in the bottom and takes every bump directly. To top it off, the seller charges a return fee. I dont understand all the positive reviews. This is a cheap, poorly designed product.

> 3 dayAt the airport, while traveling for work, the top strap pulled free from the fabric. It was not over stuffed or have much more than a computer, workbooks, and a book to read on the flight.

> 3 dayI am a business consultant that travels 6 days a week. I stayed with this style because I can pack it with my printer and computer. There’s a lot of pockets to put my pens, markers, USB, charging port, docs, etc. The zips slide easily, the handle is sturdy, the wheels are durable than other brands. The downside is the Zip on the front side that has a curb that breaks easily so I learned to be careful zipping/ unzipping it. Because I travel a lot the wheels get stuck in one direction over time and this happens after about 10-12 months.

> 3 dayDuring flight it was hard to open and take items out. You have to unzip it all the way to get items out. It was hard to pull out from under your seat and unzip it all the way especially when you have someone sitting right next to you and you already don’t have much leg room. Trying to have space for your legs and to open all the way to get items out was almost impossible when you have a stranger sitting next to you.
