I love the new model, extremely spacious and functional.

Very well made - Kiplings usual quality. The front zipper can be a bit difficult to pull due to its location.

It’s a really nice looking case but it ripped the first time traveling. That was most likely cause by heavy handling but yeah...I would have liked to see it last longer.

I have been a Kipling customer for YEARS!! But I am beyond dissatisfied and disappointed at this piece of equipment. I haven’t even used and before I even packed the zipper broke (see pictures) what and/who can I contact to get a refund?

I have had many carry-on bags but almost all fail either from capacity or the wheels. This bag, used one trip so far, is easily the best carry on bag I have owned

Love the lightweight of this luggage and the versatility to keep things in order
