This really helps not heating up my wood table when I use a regular iron to iron on heat bond onto patches I make. My wood table stays cool to the touch.

I tried applying heat transfer vinyl to a sweatshirt using my small ironing board underneath and found this was easier to use and I could work with it right on top of my desk with no hassle.

Very pleased with item.

Works really well for my heat press!! Only complaint is that it came curved. Kind of like the board inside the fabric is too big for the fabric? Still works great though!!
