Had to put large washers in between the bolts and the mount. Mount kept backing off the hood when being tightened. Just cheap crap. Worked fine with washers.

People claim that the craftsmanship isn’t as well executed as it should be. Maybe that’s correct and maybe it’s not the best metal. But from my experience they work perfectly fine. Installation wasn’t too hard especially if you watch a quick YouTube tutorial. The biggest point I want to make is that after installing my Pod lights I was concerned about car washes and how they would do. I work at a dealership and our car wash isn’t the smoothest either and I’ve run through it several times. Haven’t noticed any significant bending So with that being said I’d say they’re fine for their intention. If you want something real nice then pay for it, but these are perfectly fine for the job.

Works great. Super easy to install. Very rigid and better mounting than the screw on hood mounts.

The paint coating seems well applied and pretty robust. Well see after they see some moisture and are constantly on the truck for a year. The fit is pretty good, could be a little better, but they work. I can see what some people dont like, in that they seemed to have manufactured them by bending the steel, and that might cause some stress or apparent cuts in the metal. Not so in my case, but you can see where they were bent to make the form, and I can see how some folks may not like that, but theyre so thick (its like 1/4 steel), its not gonna matter.

These fit perfect and are super easy to install. Downside is very low quality metal(cracked where bends are). p.s. if you zoom in on the product photos you can see the cracks

they look good and heavy and feel like theyre well constructed. I dont like the way they came in the package they were kind of beat up. maybe they were returns. I dont like the fact that the bolt cutouts are extremely big and if you dont use a washer or spacer it will not Mount correctly or at least very difficult. I included a photo of the spacers that I made to make my install easier. You dont have to make spacers you could just buy some washers that fit.

The add states that these brackets are powder coated. I dont think so. You can peel the paint with your finger nail. Some areas have no color at all.

Very good quality, for one exception the left side mount was bent. I ended up putting a thick piece of foam under and that fixed it.
