My husband plays a couple hours daily and after 8 months one of the buttons quit working. I’m not at all happy, given how expensive the controller was.

It has a small detail in the small palette on the left side, I use it too much in warzone and it doesnt work for me in my game mode

Works the way it is suppose to. Able to customize it for me with ease Love the look if the image I choose. I was happy with order and delivery on time

The controller comes in the original XBOX Elite Series 2 box with a custom sleeve that the manufacturer slides over the outside of the box. Its a nice presentation and was a pleasant surprise when I first opened it up. The controller feels perfect and definitely feels like a legit Elite Series 2 controller. I held this one and my actual Series 2 for a few minutes each and could not tell the difference at all. The graphic (UFO for mine) is cool and fits well on the controller in so far as being able to read it clearly. Ill update if anything changes but if this is what its supposed to be, then I already know what to expect. I love my original Series 2, it is the best controller I have ever used to date and Ive been gaming since Pong.

I love this controller, it has a nice grip and a long battery life. I like the Venom design on the controller along with its rechargeable battery. The battery is built in and has the charging bay panels on the back of the controller and a Samsung galaxy port(usb-c) to charge and play with a cord that it already comes with along with the charging bay. It also has little spots inside the charging bay/case to put the controller panels that you remove along with a tool to change your thumbsticks and d pad(it comes with different replaceable ones). I changed the controller once and it still has full battery on day 2 on nonstop playing. The only downside is that the controller had a small scratch when delivering to my home but it is barely noticeable and the controller is too comfortable in my hands to even care.

The Elite 2 pro series are good controllers, but it definitely puts a dent in your bank account. Now owning this controller, Im not too sure if its worth the money.. The custom design on this controller that I purchased here, I wasnt too impressed. It looks cheap, (at least up close) from far away it doesnt look too bad. There are parts of the print where you can see little risen bubbles. So if you are going to purchase the elite 2 controllers... I would definitely recommend purchasing from Microsoft website thats more of solid base color, than custom designed ones.

The paint job seems pretty nice, but they need to work on their quality check process. It seems that someone ran a fingernail across the paint and some of it is already peeling off, but I literally just opened the box. So somebody messed it up before they shipped it.

Out of the box and has already corners /chip marks . Also has small bumps and some green (not sure if its primer ) coming through the dip.
