Greater than one weekIts a great printer overall. However it slowed my computer down every time I try to print. Instead of taking three seconds to send the printing job it took over 3 minutes. I tried getting answers from customer service but they couldnt help me.

> 3 dayI have had my Xerox C400N printer for almost 3 years. It consistently produces high-quality print jobs in color and black-and-white. Very, very dependable. When it has needed service, Xerox eConcierge telephone service is responsive and iwell-informed, and the on-site service is prompt. I love this printer, but will probably upgrade to the C405 when this one reaches the end of its service life at 80,000 pages - I am at 60,000 now. One nice aspect to this printer is that it will print on 80# cardstock. Most printers will not do this dependably. Also, understand that the price of the printer is subsidized by Xerox, knowing that they will make up the difference when they sell you their toner cartridges. However, buying genuine Xerox toner cartridges also entitles you to free tech support and repair service. To me, that’s worthwhile, even though Xerox products are much more expensive than their generic counterparts. I would buy this product again in a heartbeat!

18-11-2024Been using this printer shared between 5 computer from a network server for 8 months now. everyone loves how fast it prints and how good the color is. only have about 4400 prints on it now, most of which are full page color. Do It Wiser aftermarket toner is the only stuff Ive tried and it works perfect. was just ordering more and thought maybe I should leave a review while Im here. waiting for an old Dell 21500cdn to die so I can get another one of these! maybe since were printing to it via a server 2012 print server we dont have some of the same issues as other reviewers, but it has been great for us so far.

> 3 dayLatest versions will not allow non-Xerox toner. No one can afford to operate these printers using Xerox toner.

> 3 dayIf I could give this negative stars I would with out a second thought. Since February I have been dealing with nothing but issues. I have the XEROX VERSALINK C400 and it it TRASH. I bought this for my small business. It doesnt print black. I have dealt with the extremely laughable Customer service Xerox offers. Weekly I am told they are sending me a new drum, then also told their products are back ordered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They are selling a terrible product and have no support to help with their terrible product. I am out $700 for the machine and countless hours I have spent on hold with their terrible customer service. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend.

> 3 dayThis printer is good for super rich people who can afford the ridiculous ink prices and can afford to trash it when they eventually get the dreaded Fault Code 092-320 or any of the other myriad of fault codes these machines are known for. Support is no use when it comes to these errors and simply suggests to use genuine ink, replace the ink, or replace the drum. Yep, tried all of the above and the machine still gives the Fault Code 092-320. Its an impossible error to fix. The phaser 6600 has a very similar well known issue with Fault Code 092-670. Xerox is basically selling $500+ printers with $500 toner sets that still fail and become throwaway printers. Do not buy.
