They have horrible grip for your thumbs and they are a pain to actually put in the analog sticks.

Thumb grips fall off constantly

Good deal. These look and work great on an Xbox 360 controller, with no slippage of the pads or my fingers. Those having trouble with slippage, perhaps need to wash their hands once in a while. ;)

Got this because the rubber pad had worn off on my controller. This is supposed to go over the existing pad not replace it. I had to lay masking tape over the stick until it was big enough to fit right and prevent slipping.

These are really nice especially since they are so cheap! I love that not only do you have options for different colors but also for a base color or black or white. It fits the Controllers for xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo!
