Greater than one weekThis is an automatic open and close umbrella. What is really handy is that it is a reverse folding umbrella, the folds go up rather than down so when you get into your car you don’t get rained on from your umbrella.

> 3 dayMy 7th grader uses this for when it rains and he walks to/from the bus stop. Love that it folds down so the rain drips out instead of pooling in the umbrella - so you dont have to open the umbrella and let it sit to dry out. I definitely recommend!

> 3 dayThe UPF 50+ umbrella is a must-have accessory to protect you from the suns harmful ultraviolet rays. With its ability to effectively block 99% of ultraviolet radiation, this umbrella ensures optimal protection for your skin. An outstanding feature of this umbrella is its innovative design. It folds upside down, which prevents water runoff when it has rained. This allows you to stay dry and protected even on rainy days. In addition, the edge of the umbrella is equipped with a reflective strip for safety when you go out at night, increasing your visibility and reducing risks. The quick-action opening button allows you to easily unfold the umbrella in seconds. Once open, its generous circumference provides ample coverage to protect you from both storms and the suns intense rays. Whether youre walking around town or enjoying a day at the beach, this umbrella provides good shade to keep you cool and comfortable. It is important to note that due to its features and size, this umbrella is best suited for carrying in your car, as it can be a bit heavy (1 pound) to carry with you while traveling or carrying it for a long time. However, its extra weight is compensated by its effective protection and resistance. The rods and fabric look high quality.

09-06-2025I thought this would be slightly larger due to having 10 ribs, but overall Im satisfied. Its very flexible, which allows it to better survive wind, and more ribs is better there, of course, but I have found that it will often not properly open-- due to the flexible rib ends, they will sometimes open pointing up. I do like the auto-close feature; although it wont fully collapse the umbrella, it will collapse it enough to get it into your car. Its also reverse-folding, which seems like a gimmick until you experience it. I will probably never buy another umbrella without both of those. That said, Im not sure I like *this* umbrella enough to choose it again over another choice, so its not a 5-star rating from me.

> 3 dayTo be honest I decided on this for the UV protection. I live in Phoenix and this umbrella has that rating. I have a umbrella to us during rain and sun separately, this is all in one and collapses taking up minimal space in my bag. I can’t wait to use it during this summer.

> 3 dayI have gone through so many umbrellas in the last few years. I decided I would give this one a try. I was skeptical and I always thought and umbrella was an umbrealla. I was mistaken. I know this one is pricey but it is so worth it and you truly do get what you pay for. I was caught in a storm last week with horrible wind and driving rain. This umbrella does so well in the wind. I love the way it closes as well when I get in the car the waster doesnt pour all over me which is such a nice change.

> 3 dayI really like the way this umbrella folds, allowing the water to not drip down when its compact. The quality is well made (top-notch) and very sturdy. It even works pretty well in moderate wind conditions. I like that it has UV protection in it--and I look forward to using it at the beach this summer. The auto open and close feature is nice and solid. The quality is really impressive--quite heavy, almost a pound.

> 3 dayIt held up nicely for Texas heat. Took it to the beach and did notice a huge difference on our heat but when the winds came, had to be careful cause it almost took the umbrella with it. Overall good purchase so far two months of use and no issues noted.

> 3 dayI recently got to use my umbrella for the first time. The material is pretty heavy duty; it doesnt feel flimsy at all. I didnt notice any sort of light or glow from the reflective edging, but maybe thats there if it had been darker (it was evening when I used it).
