Greater than one weekMy 2 year old picked out this helmet and the dial thing gets down small enough, but for him, even with the strap shortened all the way to the Y connection on the ears (which is the minimum point you can adjust) the chin strap is really a tiny bit looser than Id like by maybe half an inch to an inch total. We had him shake his head around in all directions and it seems to be snug enough though.

Greater than one weekIts too big for my 2 year old so I cant speak to how well it works yet, but it does seem very sturdy and well made. He loved the orange color, and had fun wearing it. Its very large and bulky, but Im assuming that helps with the safety aspect so well deal with it!
