Backpack arrived a day late, but the quality of the back pack made up for that. It was way better than I expected. Hopefully its as sturdy as it is pretty.

I love this bag! It’s great on space and holds all of my things for work. I love the side compartments inside the bag. Perfect location for laptop charger and mouse. Material feels good as well. I get so many compliments on this bag!

My daughter has been using this backpack for less than 2 months and the strap has already broke. It actually broke off at the top where it was attached. Not came unstitched, broke. She loved the bag up until that point. Very disappointed in the quality.

I was a little wary about this backpack at first when I ordered it, but after using it for a while, I LOVE IT. I primarily use it for work & class. Its able to hold my 15.6 laptop, charger, mouse, planner, sketch book, large pencil pouch, medication pouch, toiletries, snacks, and everything in between. The top of the bag has metal supports which really helps to keep everything in place, especially when I overstuff it. And full disclosure, Im a big person. Im always worried when ordering new backpacks because I never know if the straps will fit or not. This backpack fits so comfortably! I usually keep the straps extended all the way out, but could definitely tighten them & still be able to easily put it on/take it off. If/when this backpack breaks or gets stained, Ill definitely be ordering another one!

She loves all the room!!

This backpack was purchased for my 12 yo daughter for school. It did look exactly like the picture and was the perfect size. However, the seams connecting the straps to the bag broke off after the first week of school. The straps are also not designed to provide comfort if you are carrying a full bag This backpack would be ok if you dont plan to use it on the regular, (it is very cute and looks exactly like the picture) but I do not recommend it for carrying school books or a laptop.
