> 24 hourI used this set to rabbit some very hard Brazilian cherry. They made nice clean accurate cuts. I took off a point for durability because the carbide cutters are thinner than true professional grade but they’re great for home DIY use.

> 24 hourI bought these because i wasnt having a lot of luck making precise rabbets for boxes on my (lemon of a SawStop) table saw (which has since been replaced and seems better). These rabbet bits and bearings work very well.

> 24 hourThe screw isnt precisely machined so is a little tough to screw/unscrew when changing bearings (yes I cleaned it out). But the cuts are accurate. The lack of shear angle means taking smaller cuts is recommended vs hogging out much over 1/8 at a time, but it works fine.

> 24 hourThe bearings smooth and precise. The retainer screw fits well. Blades are very sharp and cut clearly without burning or blow out on plywood. I definitely want to check out this manufacture’s other bits.

> 24 hourBit may be inexpensive but it served its purpose well. I used this while making 4 table saw inserts. My plywood was too thick so i used this bit to cut a rabbet so the insert would sit flush. Plywood is rough on router bits and this survived 4 inserts. So the bit has paid for itself when considering the cost of factory made inserts. 4 inserts would have cost over $100. The only issue is some of the yellow paint flaked off so minus 1 star but really a great deal when compared to cost.

> 24 hourNice idea, and cheap to buy, BUT... The largest bearing was really not usable, very unstable and poorly made. I used it once and considered myself lucky; I will retire it now. The cutter is fine, and I havent used the smaller bearings although they look better. I need it for cutting guitar binding ledges, and ended up spending $120 on a set from Amana.

> 24 hourWas so excited to receive this bit so I could recess a piano hinge in the new fallboard I made for my Baby Grand piano. BUT when I received the bit, the set screw that holds the bearing on was stripped and at first I couldnt put the size bearing on that I needed. Finally after using a locking wrench I got it off. I switched the stripped set screw out and was excited to use the router. BUT when I began using it, it DESTROYED my router!!!! It made the router smoke and burn up and though I had assured that the bit cleared the plastic housing, it destroyed the housing. I was lucky I wasnt injured. BTW- this router was fairly new and I had used it without any problems a few weeks ago to round-over a few edges so the problem definitely was the rabbit thing bit. In addition, the cut was TERRIBLE! It wasnt smooth at all! From reading other reviews it appears that the company that makes this bit has a QUALITY CONTROL problem. If I had known this I wouldnt have BOUGHT THIS BIT! Now I am out a router!!! And I cannot afford to replace it. I am a disabled widow with NO MONEY. So thanks for NOTHING Yakamoz!

> 24 hourI used this to cut oak and it worked perfectly. I would recommend this rabbet bit for similar projects.

> 24 hourGood bit. Screw holding the bushings on the shaft was stripped. Had to drill it out to remove it so I could change the adapter to a different size. A bit annoying. Now they are just laying in the drawer since I cant put them back in the little shaft.
