I was under the impression that the balloons came with the columns . I had to buy balloons separately.

This item worked great inside. Once outside the water weight was not enough to keep them upright... it was a little annoying and i ended having to tie the entire thing to my backdrop stand!! Definitely good for indoor parties only though.

I just set up today for the company event unfortunately its broken right away. Very disappointing!
