I also kind of miss my jansport because I could fill it up to the top whereas this one is harder to fill because the zipper goes around the front like that. Still can fit a lot and I love the look and drink pockets. The laptop sleeve portion is kind of pointless because you can strap it in but the internal cloth leans forward and the bag always falls over
