YAXI EARPADS for Koss PORTAPRO (Orange)

Maybe its just me, but these earpads are largely underwhelming. They dont change the sound by a noticeable amount on either my porta pros or KSC75s. They do improve the comfort a little, however I cant justify the price increase for that alone, especially given how cheap the headphones are to begin with (£11 on top of £30 or even £20 is a lot!)

These pads are a huge improvement in comfort over the stock earpads. I had owned the Porta Pros for a while now and had known about the Yaxi pads for just as long. I was tempted to get them but couldnt justify spending $12, almost half the cost of the headphones themselves. I eventually got tired of having to adjust the headphone band as the stock pads wouldnt provide much cushion against the speakers. After 20 minutes or so, my ears would start to hurt. I finally decided to pull the trigger on these. Im so glad that I did. Not only can I wear my headphones without feeling any discomfort after an hour, I could probably wear them all day long. My Porta Pros are now the most comfortable pair of headphones I have ever tried on.

Work great with Koss Porta Pro headphones. A must-have item. Extremely comfortable fit, improved high frequency resolution. A++

Great comfort and audio clarity from these pads, work perfectly with my KSC75. Just an fyi you need to adjust the ear clips on the KSC75 after putting on these pads, as theyre a little bigger than stock.

More cushion for already amazing sounding headphones. Loving how comfortable this pads are.

I didnt realize how cheap the foam pads on my Koss PortaPro headphones were until I removed them and installed the Yaxi earpads. The Yaxi earpads are much thicker, uses a denser foam and just looks and feel higher quality. Installation was fairly simple, but you have to be careful pulling off the old earpads from the spikes that hold them in place as you can easily damage the earpads pulling them off.

I got these after reading a few reviews on the difference they make to Porta Pros. The only other pads I have are stock. The sound is different. I cant tell if the sound is better. I think I need more time. The Porta Pros are great little headphones. These pads are thicker and do make the clamp a little tighter. The Porta Pros still sound great. Im waiting to see if I think they sound better.

These pads are very comfortable to wear. I bought it for my Porta Pro. It makes the earphones more listenable by improving the highs so the sound is less muddy. Definitely worth the hype

Me han gustado un montón. Tenía muchas dudas de si mejorarían el sonido TANTO como algunos detallaban y la verdad es que si que lo mejora bastante.
