Over the past couple years, my Xbox Ones performance kept deteriorating. First, it started failing to recognize the controller, requiring me to hard-boot it every few times I played. Then it stopped recognizing discs unless I hard-booted the console. Then it stopped recognizing discs altogether. Then it stopped booting up altogether, making a faint version of the power-up sound when I pushed the power button. Online, many were talking about issues with their power supply, and that seemed like a possibility for me, so I ordered this product. And it immediately booted up and recognized the controller, and I can now swap discs on the fly like nothing ever happened. Of course, I cant yet evaluate how long the product might work, but so far, so good. Thanks!

Hey Ill be honest Im to lazy to upload pictures but know this I ordered this and the next day it came! Ordered as advertised and it works just as good.... This is a purchase you wont have the What if it dont work and I have to return it. Anxiety, trust me buy it and game on.

My order arrived ahead of schedule; however, the box was ripped at one end but completely taped up to seal it. When I opened it to examine the power supply itself, the insulation where the cable connects to the power supply is ripped. Nothing in the description indicates this is a used or refurbished product but it sure looks like it. (side note - the lead image of the product contains a US power cord, mine did not come with one). Terrible experience.

The original power box went out on both of my Xbox ones and these are an awesome upgrade, they have an actual fan inside to keep them cool. The originals got really hot and I’m pretty sure that’s why they stopped working. Even if this goes out I’ll buy more because it’s a great price anyways. It works and that is the point so five stars
