03-06-2025The leash seems sturdy to me. As far as stretch goes, I have no idea what they are referring to. So, I cant say. Since it is sturdy, I am fairly certain it will be durable. An added plus it is pretty cute with all this daisys to go with my dog Daisy. It looks great!
