Im a new welder so take this with a grain of salt: Ive been using this tungsten and have had great results with proper prep and settings.

These are not correct for stainless steel Tig .. Closer to a pure tungsten blend, maybe good for aluminum welding on A/C current !! Should have known by “Rare Earth “ blend on label! My mistake…

It is what it claims to be, and welds cleanly! The critical reviews upset that it wont break cleanly in half come from ignorance. The overpriced tungsten from major brands are the same way; its simply a metallurgical property of this alloy. If you desire to break these in half, use a cut-off wheel.

Same as what’s in welding supply stores for more than twice the price

Good value for $$$, but rods seem to bend more easily than break, which is frustrating after set-up & laying down beads.

The tungsten works pretty good but seems to get hotter faster then other tungsten I’ve used but it could just be me

For the price, you cant go wrong
