Missing the top ring on my order

Product is missing the screw top lid. Contacting customer service leads to robo email wanting pictures of the defective pieces...ie - picture of the missing lid. very frustrating.

The black gasket that holds the can in place is the weak part of the product. The gasket does not stay firmly in place. It slips off too easliy. The gasket needs more threads. For the high price of this item, I expected a better design. Im a bit disappointed. I thought about returing the item, but Im going to give it a try. It fits my 16-ounce craft brews well. Time will tell if it keeps them cold for a long time. Initially I was thinking about getting the other sizes of this item. However, given the poor design of the gasket, Im going to pass on the other items. I dont see my self buying any more Yeti products.
