YETI Tundra Haul Portable Wheeled Cooler

This thing is a workhorse!! Of course I was hesitant to purchase because of the price tag but after years of buying what I thought to be decent coolers and having to replace them within a year or two, I thought, why not?! Well, I’ve been using the cooler pretty much nonstop since Memorial Day weekend and it has exceeded my expectations . I bought two blocks of ice for the holiday weekend and the contents of the yeti stayed cold for 5 days +. I added a bag or two of ice at some point over the weekend but really that was to have loose ice to make mixed drinks ;-) I also left the cooler on my back porch which gets sun for most of the day. Two weeks later I found a few cans of beer that got left behind and low and behold the drinks were cold!!! Definitely not ice cold but drinkable for sure haha. If you’re on the fence, go ahead and buy this cooler. It will not disappoint!!

Great cooler

We needed a cooler that would keep frozen food from thawing on a 13 hour trip. Given the Covid-19 pandemic, we knew grocery stores would not be well stocked, so we needed to take most of the food we would need for the week with us. This cooler was phenomenal. I didn’t add ice, just some cooler packs and frozen meat. Little to no thawing on the trip.

Love this cooler

Large, moved across the country to Florida and was delayed moving into my new home. Had 30+ lbs of ground beef on ice that stayed FROZEN all except a layer on the top and sides after 6 days! Handle makes it extremely easy to wheel around when heavy. Can’t wait to use it camping and out of town travels.

Saw one at Lowe’s for the same price and didn’t like the color. Got it from Amazon for the same price and it was at least 1/3 bigger. So glad I ordered it here.

Exactly what I wanted

I am really frustrated and disappointed with this yeti Tundra cooler. I paid nearly $400 for the cooler and my wife and I traveled from Tennessee to New York And we put 20 pounds of bagged ice into this cooler. We put bottled water, yogurt and sandwiches. after the third day in our car there was so much condensation that the car blankets underneath the cooler were saturated. I would definitely not recommend this cooler to anyone. The problem is we bought the cooler more than a month ago so we cannot return it.
